Opticonx manufactures a full line of ultra high performance cable assemblies designed to meet the most stringent requirements.  Available in a multitude of fiber counts, cable constructions, and connector types, Opticonx has the unique ability to custom produce cable assemblies and patch cords quickly and cost effectively while maintaining performance, quality, and long term durability.

By manufacturing all of our cable at our Oxford, Massachusetts facility, Opticonx is able to rapidly produce both standard and custom cable options.  Opticonx has the ability to custom produce cable with varying fiber types and counts, as well as jacket options that include LSZH and custom compounds.  This also allows us the unique ability to private label the cable jacket for mid and high volume customers.  We specialize in fanning out and terminating cable.

Opticonx is able to manufacture high performance cable assemblies by starting with top quality components, and coupling that with our ever expanding knowledge and development of termination, polish, and testing technology.  We utilize the latest equipment and consumables to produce assemblies that are optimized for optical performance including insertion loss, reflectance, and end face geometry.  Our assemblies are designed and manufactured to perform well today and well into the future.

Our assemblies feature multimode 62.5/125, standard 50/125 and 50/125 10Gbps, and singlemode fiber.  All assemblies are also available with color coded jackets for ease of identification, and all come with a data card complete with test results.
